Pitas $1 each– made with 100% whole wheat, these are wonderfully soft, unlike what you would find at the grocery store. They are sold 2 per pack but can be ordered in any amount.
Ciabatta $3 or $4 for ½ loaf (Plain, Olive or Sun dried tomato)– made with unbleached flour and whole wheat flour. This is a type of Italian bread made with olive oil. The word ‘Ciabatta’ means ‘old shoe or slipper’ and is named because of the shape of the loaf. This is not a high rising bread.
Pumpkin Bread $3 each for small loaves and $5 for large – made with 100% whole wheat. Can be ordered with nuts and/or chocolate chips. There will be an additional charge if you want both nuts and chips.
Fresh Apple Walnut Bread- sweetened with raisins and a special blend of spices. This is currently made with unbleached flour and has eggs in it. This is yeasted bread.
Cinnamon Rolls 2/$3 or – have a hint of orange in them. These can also be made with lemon or vanilla flavor too. And a recent request for raisins was made so I can do this too. Pecan Pie $9– made with fresh pecans shipped in from TexasJewish Apple Cake- I am waiting on pans to come before setting prices.
English Muffins – Made with a mild sourdough and honey.
Canine Crunchies $2 for 2 oz or $3.50 for 4 oz. - made with 100% whole wheat. Healthy treats for the 4 legged, furry children in our homes. Also available, lactose free treats.
Muffins – I am making mini muffins for my grandchildren that are made with the whole grains and applesauce instead of oil. Currently I have made pumpkin with mini choc chips and a zucchini with pineapple and raisins. Both were kid approved. Time has not allowed me to make them recently but I will have them at the New Freedom Family Fest.
Sourdough – I do have an active sourdough culture that I use in several of the breads. I have not yet mastered the Sourdough Boule, but am working on it.
